Services
Octopus Prompt provides templates, a prompt builder, and analytics for creators. The website is intended for content creation assistance and education; results may vary.
User accounts
Accounts are authenticated via magic links sent to the email address you provide. We do not collect or store passwords.
Eligibility / Legal age
Octopus Prompt is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country). By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under this age, please do not create an account or submit any personal information.
Data and Content
You retain ownership of the content you create. We store Prompt Builder submissions and basic usage metadata in our database to improve the service and provide aggregated insights. Some aggregated usage data (template popularity) is visible to authenticated users.
Prohibited Use
Do not use the service to submit or distribute illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octopus Prompt is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Third-party services
We use trusted third-party providers to host authentication and data storage and to send transactional email (magic links). These providers have their own privacy practices; we only share the minimum data required to operate the service.
